Cosmos atrosanguineus

This cosmos has beautiful velvety blossoms in a deep reddish chocolate hue that continue to make blooms all through summer and into fall. wonderful scalloped petal edges and a scent of sweet chocolate like aroma make it a must have flower for arrangements and addition to the garden! In warmer zones ( zone 7 and up) , this cosmos can be wintered over as a perennial with some protection.
