Please note, tubers are not safe in your shopping cart, the tuber is not yours until you check out completely and pay. If another customer checks out quicker and purchases the last of a variety which then sells out, that tuber may then disappear from your cart. I am sorry but this is the way my e-commerce system works and I have no control over it. As I am a one woman run small farm I have limited quants of tubers, certain varieties which are more popular or that I have low stock on will sell out very fast. Wishing you the best of luck in obtaining the dahlias you hope for. Should you be unable to acquire the dahlias you desired, remember that there will be opportunities next year along with numerous other sales.
I do not offer substitutions, If I can not fill an order by tubers not making it through storage I will issue a refund for those tubers. Please note that variety availability below is subject to change based on winter storage performance.
If you would like to make multiple orders to COMBINE SHIPPING - ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON THE SAME DAY. for the first order please make sure to click “Shipping” at check-out. For the second order in the “notes” section during check out, please be sure to write the order # of the first one that you placed and that you would like combined shipping. On this second order please be sure to click the “Free farm stand pick up option”. If you would like to add Pacific Floral Specialty Cut Flower Seeds to your dahlia tuber order, you can add these to your second order the same way with “FREE Farm stand pick up option”. Click HERE to head over to the seed shop. **Please note that these seeds will be shipped with your dahlia order. Dahlia shipping is based off of frost dates so seeds will arrive April - May depending on your location.
At Pacific Floral Farm, I take great pride in the quality of my dahlias, all varieties offered have been grown at Pacific Floral Farm and are not Import re-sales. Each tuber will come with at least one viable eye. Please note, as some varities eye up slower than others some tubers will need to be “woken up” for the tuber eye to sprout fully. Once your order arrives, I ask that you inspect your tubers right away. If there’s any issue, please contact me within 24 hours at pacificfloral@gmail.com so I can assist you. I cannot be held liable for any issues arising from improper care, storage, or growing conditions after the product is received.
I offer shipping within Canada only, using Canada Post's expedited mail service for Dahlia Tubers. Due to export restrictions, I am unable to ship internationally. Orders will be shipped in April depending on your location to avoid freezing temperatures. Warmer areas will be shipped first in early April where as cooler regions will be shipped in May. I cannot accommodate early shipping requests. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to monitor the status of your delivery. Once your order is with Canada Post, Pacific Floral Farm is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Should you experience a problem, please reach out directly to Canada Post. As long as you’ve provided an email address, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your package’s journey. Please note that I am not accountable for packages left outside or in mailboxes, especially during cold weather. I recommend checking your tracking information frequently to ensure your order is collected promptly.
I thoroughly inspect all my plants and am committed to healthy, high-quality dahlias. Any plant showing signs of Viruses is immediately removed from my stock to ensure it doesn’t reach my customers. However, I don’t conduct virus testing due to the high costs involved. Viruses can be passed from plant to plant through pests, water runoff, or even human contact, and despite my best efforts, I cannot guarantee that plants will be free from viruses.
At Pacific Floral Farm, I take great care in identifying each individual dahlia tuber. I label them when they are divided and again after they bloom. However, due to the nature of growing, there is always a small possibility of errors, and I cannot guarantee absolute accuracy with every variety.
